Dream Max is great!
We tried a number of the Casper mattresses at the Casper store and decided the Dream Max was the most comfortable for us. It was a great choice. My husband (a side-sleeper) and (a back sleeper) are both delighted. We highly recommend it.

Sleeping Has Never Felt Better!
We bought this mattress after a grueling week of trying every mattress imaginable. By far, Casper had that "IT" factor that the rest didn't. Shipment was a breeze, and the first week of us sleeping on our Dream Max has immediately made any neck, back, or hip pain I was feeing, the height of this mattress is also quite considerable, adding not only comfort, but a refined look to it sitting highly on our frame! Perhaps our biggest deciding factor, however, was the in-store experience and service within the Melrose, CA Casper location. Jonah was an incredibly knowledgeable rep and made the purchase of our Dream Max streamlined and enjoyable! I'd definitely recommend scheduling an in-store appointment if you have the ability

Sleeping on the best mattress in a box
I been wanting to get a Casper mattress for a while. With this new line and the new sale figured it was the right time. Process was simple! Staff at the store was helpful. Finally found something both my wife and I like. Best night of sleep in a long time. We went all out! All Casper bedding and pillows now! I'm a customer for life now.

Which is the softest mattress in the new collection?
The Snow Max and Dream Max are both considered Medium-Plush mattresses. The Snow Max combines layers of memory foam and will contour to the shape of your body, while the Dream Max is a combination of the more responsive Flex Foam and Memory Foam that is more luxurious and responsive than Snow Max.
I have The Nova, and wanted another. Which mattress should I buy now?
If you loved the Nova Hybrid, you'll love the upgraded Dream Max. The orthopedic hybrid mattress is considered to be Medium-Plush in feel and combines Zoned Support with Align+ Flex foam for the ultimate ergonomic support. Engineered to relieve pressure and cradle you all night, this is our most supportive mattress.
I need a split king base. Do you offer that?
We do! For those who aren't familiar, a split king basically means the frame comes in two parts. With an adjustable base, the two parts are able to work separately or sync together - so you can use the base with two twin XL mattresses or a single king mattress.
Our Cal king adjustable base is also split, but can only be used with our Cal king sized mattress.
What kinds of bed frames are compatible with Casper mattresses?
Casper mattresses are designed to work on a firm, solid surface like our foundation, platform, or adjustable bed frame. Having the correct support ensures the performance and longevity of memory foam mattresses.
For slatted frames, we recommend using bed slats that are flat (not bowed), wooden, and no more than 4 inches apart.

What is a mattress in a box? How long does it take for a Casper mattress to expand?
A mattress in a box is a mattress that's compressed in an air-sealed bag and rolled tight so that it can fit into a box that's easier to maneuver than a traditional mattress. Allowing you the flexibility and convenience of picking your mattress online and having it easily delivered to your door.
When you receive the mattress, all you'll need to do is pull it out of its packaging, lay it flat on your bed frame or floor, and let it expand.
Foam and hybrid mattresses can be slept on almost right away but may take up to 48 hours to expand fully. Our Snow mattresses are primarily made with memory foam and can take up to 72 hours to expand fully.
